COVID Resources and the steps StoneRMT is taking to keep you safe!
Due to the risk of COVID-19, also known as the Coronavirus, we encourage all patients who are sick, or experiencing symptoms such as:
  • fever

  • trouble breathing

  • coughing

to call and reschedule your appointment at (905) 439-7768. During this time we will be waiving our customary fees for late cancellations and rescheduling.

Prior to your Scheduled Appointment:
  • You will be prompted to complete an online Health Intake Form. This form will contain a COVID Screening Survey that we ask you to complete prior to your visit. However, if you could also kindly complete the COVID Screening Survey that will be sent to your email 2-hours prior to your appointment as well, that would be extremely helpful for keeping our records up-to-date, as changes to your health may occur. Thank you in advance for your cooperation

  • Kindly arrive promptly for your scheduled appointment. Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early, so that we may be provided sufficient time to clean, disinfect, and prepare effectively

  • Please arrive alone for your appointment.

  • We ask that you use your restroom prior to arriving for your appointment. Our washroom will be able to be used, for emergency only, or as a hand-washing station.

Upon your Arrival:
  • Text or Call upon your arrival to let us know you have arrived for your scheduled appointment
  • Wait in your vehicle

  • We will call you to screen, and let you know if you may enter for your scheduled appointment

  • A pre-screening would have been sent to you 2-hours prior to your appointment, if this was completed online, we will simply text you to let you know when you may enter for your scheduled appointment

Upon Entering:
  • Kindly Sanitize your hands and await your RMT to greet you

  • At this time your RMT will take your temperature before proceeding to the Treatment room. _(Note: if your temperature is 100.4 (38 C) or higher, you may be turned away for Treatment and asked to reschedule your appointment) 

  • Kindly arrive wearing a mask if possible. Optionally, we will have disposables at the front door

Upon Leaving:
  • We are here to assist you! Please allow our Staff to help open doors.

  • Kindly sanitize your hands prior to leaving

  • We ask that you inform us immediately, should you begin to experience COVID symptoms post your Scheduled Appointment
